Our Journey: A Legacy of Textile Excellence

Founded in 2005 as Vasantha Spinners Limited, VIPL began its journey in the heart of Thimmapuram Village, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh - a region celebrated for its rich cotton production. Our vision was clear from the start: to establish a cutting-edge, integrated textile complex that stands as a beacon of innovation and quality. In 2014, we transitioned to Vasantha Industries Limited (VIL), further refining our corporate structure to a Private Limited entity in 2021, now known as Vasantha Industries Private Limited (VIPL).

Our Growth: Expanding Horizons

The cornerstone of our growth was the Cotton Spinning Mill, which commenced operations on 29th January 2007. Achieving full capacity utilization of 26,400 spindles within months was just the beginning. Our unwavering dedication to exceeding expectations has seen us evolve into a producer of superior grey and processed yarns, ranging from the 30s to 60s count, both combed and carded.

Our capacity expanded by 25% in April 2009, reaching 33,120 spindles. Continued success led to the launch of our second unit, bringing our total capacity to 66,912 spindles by September 2010. The financial year 2015-16 marked a significant milestone with the addition of a third unit, incorporating an additional 36,960 spindles. Concurrently, our fourth unit began enhancing our offerings with TFO Twisters, Gassing, and Mercerizing units, pushing our capacity to an impressive 1,03,872 spindles, accompanied by 7,200 TFO spindles. Diversification also led us to inaugurate a corrugation plant, further broadening our operational scope.
